2. I am a non-native speaker, can I apply?

YOLA primarily employ Native English speakers and highly qualified Vietnamese English teacher to ensure the highest standards of language education. However, we do consider applications from non-native English speakers who submit an introduction video demonstrating your English proficiency and teaching skills.

3. After submitting the application, how long will it take to get a response?

The qualified candidate will be contacted via phone call or email within 07 working days. Should be attentive to update, which is transmitted via your mobile phone or email inbox.

4. How long will it take to get a result after the interview?

Recruitment Team will announce the result of the interview to candidates within 07 working days via phone call or email. Should be attentive to update, which is transmitted via your mobile phone or email inbox.

5. During probation period, will teacher receive compensation?

Yes, teacher will receive the regular hourly rate during the probation period.

6. How soon can a candidate re-apply for the same position after getting a fail result from the previous application?

A candidate can re-apply for the same position after 06 months.

7. After a candidate accepts the offer, what does a business visa application include and how long is the process?

It is required a scanned color copy of teacher's passport for a business visa application. The processing time may take 07-10 working days before a visa approval letter is issued.

8. What documents are required for a work permit application?

  • A legalized copy of Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • A legalized copy of teaching certificate
  • A police check
  • A health check certificate
  • Two 4x6cm photos (white background, wear a collar shirt)
  • Valid passport and valid visa
