Job Responsibilities
A. Responsibilities Related to Business Management and Customer Service
- Organize event and activities to get new enrollments to meet sales, revenue, profit, and other KPI targets.
- Lead, support, monitor, and ensure staff's KPI performance.
- Access, research competitors and target customers.
- Propose development strategies and solutions for the center to CM.
- Monitor and ensure customer care according to regulations.
- Ensure midterm and final exam results are timely communicated.
- Ideate and arrange events at the center.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to organize events for both new and existing students.
B. Responsibilities Related to Human Resource Management
- Assist CM in recruiting, training new employees.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Build and foster teamwork among team members.
C. Responsibilities Related to Administrative Management and Other Duties
- Assist CM in managing daily sales and ensuring the safety of cash.
- Assist CM in managing gifts and maintaining center assets' condition.
- Attend training sessions.
- Foster collaboration between departments and execute tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
- 2- 5 years of experience as senior education advisors/ leader/supervisor.
- Proven success in team management and achieving performance targets.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in sales.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- People Management: Developing to intermediate skills in people management, including coaching and mentoring.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, students, and parents.
- Proven commitment to achieving tangible business results for the center, to a growth mindset, embracing challenges, and continuous learning for personal and professional development.
