Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the paid media channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Zalo.
- Provide keyword research and analysis
- Review landing pages for keyword optimization
- Perform bid management
- Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance
- Develop and employ monthly email marketing campaigns
- Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIs
- Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting
- Produce monthly campaign reports
- Work with brand team to maximize online marketing campaigns
- Track the ROI of paid channels and report to Marketing Director and other executives
- Manage a team of digital marketing specialists; analyze performance of team members
- Perform other duties required by the Marketing Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Sciences with 5-year experience in marketing or relevant fields.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Good understanding of digital marketing systematic and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/ SEM.
- Deep knowledge of web analytics tools; working knowledge of ad serving tools and creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer focus and agility.
- Good strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and result-driven.
