Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full recruitment process (sourcing & screening CVs, phone screening, arranging interviews, onboarding and joining procedures)

  • Handle administrative tasks to support recruitment activities; update and follow up the candidate database

  • Support Employer Branding campaigns across social media platforms

  • Assist in organizing internal events

Requirements
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience (HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields)

  • Passionate about and career-oriented in the Human Resources field

  • Good English communication

  • Basic design and video editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
